What part do I have to take? |

TSEA INC. needs you to define the information you need collected
and reported on while on the information gathering trip. |

How much are the fees and expenses? |
| |
TSEA INC. will bill you for flight,
hotel and meals while on the trip. This will be actual cost plus
a fee agreed on before the trip, for the time spent on the field. |

How are the expenses determined? |
| |
TSEA INC. will fly coach for any
flight of 2000 miles or less. Flights exceeding 2000 miles will
require a business class ticket. [No additional fee applied] A $45.00
a day per diem for meals, hotel expense at the best suited Hotel
for your needs as well as local transportation to and from the airport
will be added. |

What do I get from this? |

In addition to productivity savings,
avoiding unnecessary travel, wear and tear on your body, and stress
on your expense account, you will receive a comprehensive report
on all possibilities for your overseas connection. Included will
be first hand testimony on travel, customs, hotels, restaurants,
entertainment and cultural briefings. This report can both be documented
and sent to you via e-mail or hard copy mail, or you may chose to
incorporate a visual presentation and training scheduled with you
and your company. |

Will TSEA INC. serve as a travel agent or group facilitator for
the trip? |
| |
TSEA is not a travel agency; however
upon request we have associations with travel partners and can furnish
you with all of your travel needs. The extent of our participation
on your trip is up to you. We have professional employees who can
meet all of your group facilitator needs or can refer you to other
teams if so desired. |
